This website is published by the company KHIYAT COSPARA, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 6500 euros, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Melun under the number 814 300 927, whose head office is located 14 rue de la poterie, 77130 Montereau Fault Yonne, France.
The website [www.parfum-dorient-montereau.fr] is intended for the online sale of cosmetic products and perfumes of oriental origin.
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between the company KHIYAT COSPARA and the customers who wish to make a purchase on the website. The GTC define in particular the terms and conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, withdrawal, warranty, liability, and dispute resolution.
The GTC are accessible at any time on the website and must be accepted by the customers before validating their order. Placing an order on the website implies the full and unconditional adherence of the customer to the GTC in force at the time of the order.
02- Products
The products offered for sale on the website are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, the photographs, texts, graphics, technical sheets, and other elements illustrating the products are not contractual and do not engage the responsibility of the company KHIYAT COSPARA in case of error, omission, modification, or difference between the reality and the representation.
The products offered for sale on the website comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France. The company KHIYAT COSPARA cannot be held responsible in case of non-compliance of the products with the legislations of the countries where they are delivered. 03- Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The applicable VAT is the one in force on the day of the order. The prices take into account any discounts granted by the company KHIYAT COSPARA.
The company KHIYAT COSPARA reserves the right to modify at any time the prices of the products offered on the website, without notice or obligation of update. However, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the validation of the order by the customer.
The delivery costs are calculated according to the weight, the volume, and the destination of the products ordered. They are indicated to the customer before the validation of the order and are invoiced in addition to the price of the products.
04- Order
To place an order on the website, the customer must follow the following steps:
- Select the products he wishes to buy and add them to the basket;
- Access the basket and check the content and amount of his order;
- Click on the “Order” button and fill in his details (name, first name, address, email, phone number);
- Choose the delivery method and the payment method;
- Accept these GTC by ticking the box provided for this purpose;

- Make the payment according to the chosen method.
The validation of the order by the customer implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC and formation of the distance sales contract.
The company KHIYAT COSPARA confirms the order by sending an email to the customer, summarizing the information relating to the products ordered, the price, the delivery costs, the payment method, the delivery method, the delivery time, the right of withdrawal, and the customer service contact details.
The company KHIYAT COSPARA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

In case of refusal or cancellation of an order, the company KHIYAT COSPARA informs the customer by email and proceeds to the refund of any sums paid by the customer, without compensation or penalty.
05- Payment
The payment of the order is made by credit card, via the secure system vivawallet, PayPal, Stripe, which uses the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of the customer’s bank data.
The customer must indicate the number of his card, the expiration date, and the visual cryptogram. The payment is debited at the time of validation of the order by the customer or his email address in case of payment by PayPal.
The company KHIYAT COSPARA reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order or delivery in case of non-payment, incomplete payment, fraudulent payment, or refusal of payment authorization by the banking institutions.
The company KHIYAT COSPARA retains ownership of the products ordered until full payment of the price and delivery costs by the customer.
06- Delivery
The delivery of the products ordered is carried out at the address indicated by the customer when ordering. The customer must verify the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address and report any error or modification to the company KHIYAT COSPARA before the shipment of the products.
The company KHIYAT COSPARA offers several delivery methods at the customer’s choice:
- Standard delivery: the products are delivered by the postal service within 5 to 10 working days, from the confirmation of the order by the company KHIYAT COSPARA. The delivery costs are from 6€ euros including tax for any order less than 0.5 kilogram. Delivery is free for any order picked up in the shop at 14 rue de la poterie, 77130 Montereau Fault Yonne.
- Express delivery: the products are delivered by the carriers Colis privé, Colissimo or UPS within 24 to 48 hours, from the confirmation of the order by the company KHIYAT COSPARA. The company KHIYAT COSPARA undertakes to make its best efforts to respect the delivery times indicated, but cannot be held responsible for delays or losses attributable to the carrier, a case of force majeure, or a fault of the customer. The company KHIYAT COSPARA reserves the right to choose the carrier other than the one the customer chose when ordering but the company KHIYAT COSPARA undertakes to respect the maximum delivery time which is 5 to 10 working days The customer must check the condition and conformity of the products delivered upon receipt and issue any reservation or complaint to the carrier and the company KHIYAT COSPARA as soon as possible, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
07- Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L. 221-18, you have a period of 90 days without giving any reason to return your order from the date of receipt.
To exercise your right, simply contact us by email or by mail.
After exercising your right, you have 14 days to return the package to us from the date of sending your letter or email.
The refund will be triggered after receiving your return or at the latest 14 days after, the refund will be made using the same means of payment of the order and the total amount of the order received. The customer bears the return costs and is solely responsible for the package in case of damage or loss of the package.
To fully enjoy this right: • The withdrawal must be carried out by the same person who placed the order.
07-1-EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- The provision of goods that, after being delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
- The supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the control of the professional.
- The provision of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
- The provision of a newspaper, a periodical or a magazine, except for subscription contracts to these publications.
- Transactions concluded at a public auction.
- The provision of digital content not supplied on a material medium whose performance began after prior express agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
- The products returned must be unopened, complete, undamaged and imperatively unsealed and in their original condition.
